Return Process

  Log into your Arc account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the item in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
